Terms and Conditions

GEMELLE FINE JEWELLERY PTE. LTD. (“GEMELLE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates two divisions:

1. Consulting Division – offering private gemstone and fine jewellery advisory services.
   
2. E-Boutique Division – offering made-to-order fine jewellery through www.gemellefinejewellery.com.
    

By engaging GEMELLE’s services or purchasing from our E-Boutique, you agree to the following terms.

A. CONSULTING DIVISION

Nature of Service
GEMELLE acts as an independent consultant and business introducer, offering professional advice, sourcing guidance, and introductions to gemstone suppliers, manufacturers, or jewellers.
We do not buy or sell gemstones directly unless expressly agreed in writing.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• All guidance, valuations, and opinions are offered in good faith based on available information and supplier disclosures.
• GEMELLE does not guarantee the authenticity, grading accuracy, or future value of any gemstone or jewellery supplied by third parties.
• We act solely as an introducer and are not a contractual party to transactions between clients and external suppliers.
• GEMELLE is not liable for any errors, omissions, misrepresentations, delays, damages, or losses resulting from third-party dealings.
• Consultancy or introduction fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
• Clients are strongly encouraged to conduct independent gemological verification (e.g., GIA, Gübelin, SSEF) before purchase.
   

Made-to-Order Fine Jewellery
Every GEMELLE creation is crafted upon order using fine materials and exceptional craftsmanship. Each piece is carefully inspected prior to delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

• Complimentary hand-delivery within Singapore, estimated 4–6 weeks from purchase.
• No delivery to PO Boxes.
• A signature from the recipient or an authorised signatory (e.g., family member, receptionist, concierge) is required.
• Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details. Any charges for bounced, refused, or undelivered packages will be borne by the customer.
  
• GEMELLE currently ships within Singapore only.
   

• GEMELLE reserves the right to amend product specifications, pricing, or policies without prior notice.
   
• All designs, content, and images remain the intellectual property of GEMELLE.
   
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
